They are oversize. I am 5'6 and U.K size 10/12 and wearing a size S. I could happily wear an XS. My friend (last shot) is a U.K size 16 and also wearing an S. If in doubt lay out flat a hoodie you may already own and then compare the measurements to my guide. I may not have a exchange size available if it doesn't fit...
