~ Returns Policy ~

The satisfaction of our customers is of paramount importance to us and we pride ourselves on excellent quality and service! We hope that you will be delighted with your Studio Coverdale purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of the dispatch date. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. Only products purchased at full-price will be entitled to refunds, with some exceptions. Sale purchases are final.

Made to Order

Made to order pieces Like Super Mega Poster, Hoodies, Leggings are non refundable unless there is a fault.

Postage

We do not refund postage on any returns, so you are only refunded for the items purchased. Postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Please ensure you package your return properly and return  to us via a recorded delivery service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. Studio Coverdale reserves the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.

Your Refund 

Refunds will be re-credited using the original payment method - the sum paid, less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. Studio Coverdale will try to process all refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days. The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

Non-UK 

Customers outside the UK will need to make their own returns arrangements through any postal carrier. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items, and Studio Coverdale is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post.
